Bryce Pratt and Adrian Williams stole the show Friday night. They each had three touchdowns in Del Oro's 49-0 route of Roseville. Williams caught four passes for 97 yards, and Pratt had a season low 110 yards rushing.
On the first play from scrimmage, Del Oro quarterback Max Magleby found Williams on a 42 yard strike. "Roseville was really packing the box, and we really felt that we could get Adrian one-on-one with a lot of their linebackers," said Del Oro head coach Casey Taylor. The Tigers consistently bit on the play-action which allowed Williams and other Del Oro receivers to get open.
Pratt couldn't be contained for long though. Late in the first quarter he broke free for an 18 yard touchdown run. He also had scoring runs from 1 and 10 yards.
A 42-0 halftime deficit put the game out of reach for the Tigers.
Next week Del Oro travels to Woodcreek and Roseville hosts Granite Bay.
