Coming into this game with stats and records that looked more like identical twins than cross-town rivals, we knew this game would be a great match-up.
Beyer took an early lead, but by the time half-time hit, it was all tied up. From there the Knights of Downey pushed the game and took control of the ball.
Casa Roble's Yearbook program, Rampages, is back in full swing. Editor in chief Molly Burke, told me why Casa's Yearbook program is better than every other school. "Well we work really hard to get good writers in the program".
Mr. Austin, advisor of the Rampages, is known nation wide for his skills in English and Journalism. He teaches every year at conventions across the country. "It's easily one of the top five programs in the country... I think it all comes down to excellence. It's contagious, and when someone gets turned on how to be excellent, its pretty cool to watch".
Rampages has six major deadlines each year. The first deadline due is the people section. Once that deadline is finished, then they start working on the next one.

A fresh start was all the Casa Roble Rams needed as they entered the game against Bella Vista on a three game losing streak. Bella Vista entered the game 5-0, but played a pre-seasin schedual where their opponents had a total of three wins. Casa's opponents had won over 20 games up to that game.
It was all Casa early, as they jumped out to an early 13-0 lead. Bella Vista roured back, and captured the lead for the first time late in the fourth quarter 24-21. A pair of field goals by Casa kicker Alex Jungsten sealed the deal, and ended Casa's losing streak.
With league under way, Casa Roble is now 1-0 in league, and 3-0 overall. Bella vista is 0-1 and 5-1 overall. The Rams take on El Camino next week while the Broncos battle with the Rio Americano Raiders.
Two teams enter this game 5-0. The Granitbay Grizzlies took on the Del Oro Golden Eagles for probably one of the most amazing games of the season thus far. Both teams gave it their all, pushing this one into overtime.
In the end, it was the Golden Eagles that came away with the win, 27-21. The Golden Eagles of Del Oro remain undefeated at 6-0.
